Eggdrop bug on September 9th 2001 3:46 am CET

On 9th september 2001 3:46 am CET standard unix time (seconds since 1.1.1970) will change to it's 1.000.000.000th second. Some programs have hardcoded length of this value to only 9 numbers. Those programms might fail on this date. Eggdrop is one of them. So it's better to update your bots to at least version 1.6.5. Of course you might to check the sources for the changed code lines and patch your version of eggdrop, but I don't recommend that. Better upgrade.

Yes, 1.4.x and 1.3.x will fail, too. not sure about 1.1.5 or such.
